Qigong by Jean

 

Jean teaches qigong to help people cultivate good health. Qigong includes controlled breathing, guided imagery and slow easy motions to help people improve and keep their well-being. Jean is a fan of Soaring Crane Qigong, a popular style of qigong taught in China which is practiced by millions there.

These exercises are generally safe for almost all people to practice. For those with disabilities, or individuals recovering from illness or injury, their doctor(s) should be consulted.

 

 

Schedule

Jeanís new qigong classes are on Fridays at 11am and goes for about 45 minutes. Class is weekly Ė located near NW side near the golf course Washington and Decatur. Remember to wear comfortable clothing suitable for a light workout.

$5 per person per class
